by Chris Malloy Chris Malloy creates his sculptures at his studio in Fort Collins, Colorado. He works with a diverse range of materials, including cast bronze, glass, stone and steel, combining them into a unified design. Originally from Rochester, New York, Malloy earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the New York State College of Ceramics at Alfred University. “I create my work as a way to express a story or capture an experience. I work with durable materials and numerous techniques to execute my designs, combining natural and fabricated forms, with rich textures and finishes, to develop a distinct character.” |
