"1234" sculpture is a story of love and redemption. It's about a man and a woman who suddenly find themselves as neighbors after living in a small village for years without encountering one another. One day they bet on the distance between their respective windows and were amazed to find the distance to be 123 feet 4 inches.

So began a gradual collaborative process of writing a 123'-4" poem which was still underway when this sculpture was completed.
